Jared Keller is the Manufacturing Manager at PRx Performance. He joined the PRx team in September 2020 as the Paint Line Manager and was promoted to Manufacturing Manager in 2022. Jared has 20+ years of overall manufacturing experience and worked his way up from Industrial Painter to Laser Nesting and Programming to Paint Line Manager with his previous employer Buhler Industries. His daily responsibilities include production planning, resource management, process improvements, implementation of cost saving methods, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and team management.  

When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and watching sports.  

Chris Hilt is the Vice President of Operations at PRx Performance.  He joined the team in October 2020 and comes to PRx Performance with 10+ years of operations leadership and 15+ years of overall manufacturing experience.  Chris started his manufacturing career in an Inventory Control position and worked his way up to Production Planning, Manufacturing Manager, and now to Operations Management.  Agricultural equipment manufacturing is the foundation of his manufacturing experience, and his focus has been on developing manufacturing operations, process improvements, and improving efficiencies. 

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, working on the farm, watching his kids’ sporting activities, and hunting. 

Justin Kleckner is the President at PRx Performance. He joined the team in March 2024 and comes to PRx Performance with 15+ years of operations leadership,  manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience from his nearly 20 year career with Degelman Industries. After starting his career in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, Justin started and grew the US Division for Degelman Industries based in Hillsboro, ND. He earned his Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has successfully implemented lean practices in two facilities. 

Justin’s wealth of experience in developing manufacturing operations, increasing efficiencies across entire business units, and building high-performing management teams provides PRx a leadership edge.  His leadership style is hands-on and practical with a focus on cultivating cross-functional teams.  

In his free time, Justin’s interests include aviation, watching his kids’ sporting activities, and spending time at the lake.  

Andy is the Manufacturing Sales Representative at PRx Performance. He joined the team in May 2024 and brings a total of 10+ years of sales experience, 4 of those being specifically in the manufacturing industry. In his role, Andy works hard in developing, building, and maintaining sales and business relationships for PRx Manufacturing. He’s looking forward to sharing more about our capabilities and showcasing the quality of our manufacturing team.  

Andy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, and watching football (SKOL Vikes).
